Excellence in service, minimal environmental footprint

Our organisational model allows us to deliver tailored, responsive and high-quality support, while keeping our own environmental footprint as low as possible. Fewer trips, less waste, more efficiency — this is how we combine performance and responsibility.

Tracking our environmental footprint shows greenhouse gas emissions of around 1.6 kg CO2e per person per working day in 2025. This result shows the low-impact and resource-efficient nature of our organisation. It is equivalent to the emissions generated by driving for approximately 6 km by car, or about 6% of the average daily greenhouse gas emissions of a French citizen. The same assessment also identifies our three main sources of environmental impact: building heating, IT usage (included under “Purchased goods and services” below), and transport.

Reducing our impacts

To maintain a low environmental footprint, we take concrete action on each of these levers:

  • Heating: simple, common-sense efficiency measures;
  • IT: rational use, longer equipment lifetimes and reuse;
  • Transport: prioritising public transport and rail for most business travel, using other modes only when unavoidable.

And because there’s always room to improve, we continuously work on improving data quality — often the key to a robust footprint — for example by refining heating consumption data or electricity use linked to digital services (emails, servers, cloud tools, etc.).
